Our Team
Dr. Tyler James Farr, PT, DPT, FAS, is a dedicated therapist who is actively involved in direct patient care and is deeply committed to promoting wellness in the communities he serves. He received a BS in Athletic Therapy from Weber State University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He has received advanced training as a foot and ankle specialist and is an expert in in dry needling, manual therapy, and low back pain.
Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and can often be found hiking or exploring nature.
